    Grocery Planning

    Plan one household shop together.

A practical shared-list routine for households that want to stop carrying the grocery list alone: agree what is needed, shop from one view, and keep unfinished items ready for next time.

Optional shortcuts such as templates, completed-trip reuse and AI suggestions can depend on your household plan and group access.

    A practical weekly routine

One list from the first need to the finished trip.

Grocery Planning is the household scenario. Shared Grocery Lists is the feature that supports it.

    01

    Start the trip your way

Create a fresh household list, or use a template, completed trip, or reviewed suggestion when those options are available to your plan.

    02

    Add needs as they arise

A household member adds an item to the shared list. Everyone with access has the same current place to check before shopping.

    03

    Use Shopping Mode together

Check items as they go into the basket. The active trip stays clear without turning each item into a separate reminder.

    04

    Finish without starting over

Keep the completed trip in Archive and roll unfinished items into the next list when they still need to be bought.

A list for the household, not a chat thread.

A grocery list belongs to the selected household group. Visibility lets someone find Groceries; access determines whether they can work with the list.

    Shortcuts remain your decision.

Templates, copied trips and optional AI suggestions can save setup time. AI suggestions are reviewed first: you choose the items before anything is added.

    Compare available plans

    Optionally record the receipt.

When you finish a trip, you can optionally record a receipt total with a Financials category. It creates an app record, not a bank transaction.

    Connected planning

Keep grocery planning connected to the rest of home life.

Bring selected recipe ingredients and event checklist items into the list you choose, then keep the household's grocery trip in one clear place.
