This planning exercise stays in your browser. It does not create events, send notifications, invite people, change access, record an agreement, or replace a court order or legal advice.
Turn the sketch into a plan
Once you have a practical outline, create the real child events in the right household context. Set the event, then separately clarify coverage and transport.
Each adult uses their own account and permitted group access.
Create the loved-one profile only in the family group responsible for that Calendar.
Use recurrence for agreed regular routines, then edit an occurrence or the series deliberately.
Invite participants to the relevant Event without joining or merging family groups.
Privacy boundary: sharing an Event does not merge loved-one profiles, household members, chores, groceries, or settings. Shared event notes are not a private legal-notes area.
